Appia Services is one of Terrapin’s key Hosted VoIP suppliers.

They own and operate their own nationwide MPLS network and provide end-to-end proactive managed services along with guaranteed QoS for voice traffic. They are experts in Cisco’s UC platform and can provide a fully hosted Cisco Call Manager solution or can manage an existing Call Manager deployment. Appia is one of the only providers able to provide pure Hosted VoIP solutions in over 40 countries around the world. They are also one of the only providers that can utilize a customer’s existing PRI interface from other carriers as origination or termination on Appia’s Hosted VoIP deployment.

Recently, Appia also launched a lower cost solution based on the C3X platform. For customers who have lots of phones but very little usage per phone, Appia’s 3CX platform may be the most cost-effective solution out there. With integrated messaging and presence, this inexpensive platform is still feature rich and works with most industry-standard SIP phones.
