They have led the way in developing compelling fixed mobile convergence solutions and provide perhaps the tightest CRM integration in the industry. They also have embraced Polycom’s video conferencing strategy and now provide fully integrated HD video into their Hosted VoIP offer. SimpleSignal is also run by a bunch of Mac geeks, and being such, are the only supplier in our portfolio that provides a fully integrated UC tool bar on the Mac OS.

While SimpleSignal maintains the flexibility of using a customer’s existing broadband connection when necessary, they’re strong preference is to deliver their service over a dedicated, nationwide MPLS network. This commitment has consistently translated into outstanding HD voice quality and stellar network performance for our customers.
